I like Fink’s model best as it is very easy and comprehensive and it takes the best from all other models. The model consists of three main phases each of which has some steps totaling twelve steps to build a significant learning course.
Phase A: Building Strong Primary Components
1- Situational Factors
2- Learning Goals
3- Feedback and Assessment Procedures
4- Teaching and Learning Activities
5- Integrating the Componants
Phase B: Assemble the Components into a Coherent Whole
6- The Thematic Structure
7- The Instructional Strategy
8- Overall Scheme of Instructional Activities
Phase C: Finish the Important Remaining Tasks
9- Grading System
10- possible Problems
11- Syllabus
12- Plan and Evaluation
